Egyptian Goddess Hathor Holding a Cobra Statue

In ancient Egyptian mythology, Hathor is the goddess of the sky, love, beauty, joy, motherhood, foreign lands, mining, music and fertility. One of her symbols was the cobra, who was considered a protector of the pharaohs. This highly detailed statue features Hathor holding a cobra. Made of cold cast resin, it has a metallic bronze finish, and hand-painted accents. It measures 11 inches high, 4 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide. It makes a wonderful gift for collectors of ancient Egyptian theology.
